Planning 10 is a required Grade 10 course in the BC Dogwood Program. As you plan a future that will honour your Lord and Master, you will need to understand and develop the skills necessary to be a self-directed individual.
In this online course, you will be challenged to set goals, make thoughtful decisions and take responsibility for pursuing plans that will "give you a future and a hope".
The course will focus on four Units:
- Unit 1 The Graduation Program Includes an overview of the Grad Program and introduces Grad Transitions and the Graduation Portfolio.
- Unit 2: Education & Careers - Personal Interests and Attributes, Post Secondary Education and Training, Labour Market Information, Job Seeking and Job Keeping, Employment Standards and Workplace Safety, and Support Networks and Resources
- Unit 3: Health Healthy Living & Health Information
- Unit 4: Finances Financial Literacy,Costs Of Education and Career Options, Financial Planning, and Transition from High School Plans
