	Step 1 Go to the following www.skype.com and download the program onto your computer.
	Step 2 Go to www.skype.com and learn how to setup a Skype name for yourself.
	Step 3 To book your tutor time go to the ICOS website login with your *username* and *password*.
	Step 4 ICOS home page click Schedule Your Tutor to go to the calendar.
	Step 5 On the calendar page click on the time and day you would like to book a tutor (available tutor times are in blue).
	Step 6 Select the start time and duration. Click save when you’re done.
	Step 7 Your ICOS home page will show your scheduled tutor time as a reminder. Rollover the scheduled time and click send IM to add your tutor to your Sykpe contact list.
